All of the semi-automatic auger fillers below is easily automated by adding screw conveyor feeder. The auger filler include a stirring bar to keep product constantly fed to the fill auger.

For applications exceeding the standard filling range, VTOPS can customize the system by upgrading the weighing module and recalibrating the control system to meet specific requirements. [5] Servo motors provide closed-loop control, higher torque stability, and improved filling accuracy compared to stepper motors. They also offer built-in protection against over-current, over-voltage, and under-voltage conditions. Servo motors are recommended for high-speed or high-precision applications. [6] HMI (Human-Machine Interface) is the touchscreen control system used for operation and parameter adjustment. The P2E model features a standard domestic touchscreen. Models P2, P2T, P2C, P2D, and P3 are equipped with globally serviceable touchscreen systems for enhanced reliability and international support. The P5 model is equipped with a Siemens HMI, offering worldwide service coverage and premium industrial performance. [9] Optional configurations include date coding printer, alarm system, customized column height for ergonomic operation, and other application-specific upgrades. [10] Air consumption applies only to models equipped with pneumatic components (such as bag clamping mechanisms). Required compressed air pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa with clean and dry air supply. The air compressor is not included in the standard configuration and must be provided by the customer or ordered separately.
