We bought the VTOPS-P2 for small-batch runs, and it’s been working great for our setup. I mostly use the filling-by-weight mode — accuracy is excellent, basically spot on every time. Setup was simple enough, and the screw conveyor ties in nicely with ribbon blender.
Machine showed up on schedule, and the support team shared some really helpful install videos. They even set up a WhatsApp group for quick questions, which made communication super easy.
The only small issue was the voltage — it came wired for China’s standard. Jack explained the servo drive has undervoltage protection to keep the motor safe, and so far everything’s been running smoothly.
We purchased blending and filling machines from Zhengzhou Vtops Machinery. Their technical support team has been excellent and especially Taka, who provided outstanding assistance via WeChat video calls when we needed help setting up the machine.
