The Horizontal Ribbon Blender is one of the most widely used industrial mixing solutions for powders and granular materials. It features a single horizontal shaft equipped with inner and outer helical ribbons that create efficient convective and radial material flow throughout the mixing chamber.
During operation, the outer ribbon moves materials from the ends toward the center, while the inner ribbon transports materials from the center outward. This counter-current mixing pattern ensures fast, uniform blending with excellent batch-to-batch consistency, even for large-volume production.
