The VTOPS-QLF-700A is a vertical heat-sealing machine designed for large/heavy bags. It utilizes a combination of pneumatic pressure and electric heat sealing, making it suitable for packaging materials such as thick-film plastic bags, aluminum-plastic composite bags, and kraft paper-coated bags. Integrating vertical support, roller conveying, adjustable seal head height, and a pedal start/stop function, the machine provides reliable, high-strength sealing of wide and thick bags. It is commonly used in industries such as chemical powders, food ingredients, feed additives, and hardware and plastic granules. Its 700 mm effective seal length and maximum 50 kg load capacity meet most vertical bagging and sealing needs in the 20–50 kg range.

1. Working Principle:

Place the bag filled with materials upright on the roller support. After adjusting the height and pressure of the sealing head, place the bag opening between the upper and lower heating bodies and the pneumatic pressure head. Trigger the sealing by pedaling or pressing a button. Heat and pressure act on the bag opening within the set time, and then cool and shape it to form a high-strength, leak-proof seal.
