What products can be filled on a powder bottling line?
A powder bottling line can package free-flowing, semi-free-flowing and difficult-to-flow powders into bottles, jars and cans. Typical applications include milk powder, protein powder, collagen powder, coffee powder, seasonings, spices, nutritional supplements, pharmaceutical powders, cosmetic powders and chemical products.

Can one powder bottling line handle different bottle sizes?
Yes. One line can usually accommodate multiple container diameters and heights when the required adjustment range is considered during the initial design. A format change may involve adjusting conveyor guide rails and sensor positions, changing filling nozzles or handling parts, and selecting the corresponding recipe on the HMI.
Containers with very different diameters—or square, oval and unstable bottles—may require dedicated star wheels, timing screws or other change parts. To confirm compatibility, provide bottle and cap samples or dimensioned drawings before the equipment configuration is finalized.
How accurate is a powder bottling line?
Filling accuracy is not determined by the machine alone. It is affected by the powder’s bulk-density variation, flow characteristics, target weight, auger design, dosing speed and material feeding stability. For this reason, a fixed accuracy value should only be confirmed after evaluating the actual product and fill range.

Can filling, capping, sealing and labeling be integrated into one line?
Yes. A complete line can integrate container unscrambling, powder feeding, auger filling, checkweighing, capping, induction sealing, labeling, coding, inspection and finished-product collection. The equipment is connected through coordinated controls so that upstream machines respond appropriately if a downstream station stops.
Optional systems—including nitrogen flushing, metal detection, vision inspection, dust extraction, case packing and robotic palletizing—can be added according to the application. The final configuration should match the container closure, hygiene requirements, factory layout and required automation level. What determines the production speed of a powder bottling line?
Actual output depends on the target fill weight, powder flowability, required accuracy, container stability and the cycle time of every machine in the line. A product that fills quickly may still be limited by bottle handling, checkweighing, capping or labeling.
Higher capacity can be achieved with larger augers, optimized material feeding, multiple filling heads or parallel processing stations. However, increasing speed without considering dust control and powder settling may reduce stability.
