On November 26, 2019, Mr. Barrie contacted us through Alibaba, and Ms. Lisa was responsible for the project. After communication, Ms. Lisa learned that Mr. Barrie wanted to fill food powder from 100 grams to 5000 grams into poly stand bags. Based on the requirement, Ms. Lisa recommended the semi-automatic auger powder filling machine of model VTOPS-P2, the screw conveyor feeder of model VTOPS-F114S, and the continuous band sealer of model VTOPS-FRD-1000-2. Besides, Ms. Lisa sent the working videos and specifications to Mr. Barrie. Sooner, Mr. Barrie confirmed that the machine was exactly his need and decided to check the quality and operation of the auger powder filling machines in December 2019.
How Mr. Barrie visit the factory of VTOPS?
On December 9, 2019, Mr. Barrie confirmed the schedule visit VTOPS in Zhengzhou with Ms. Lisa in advance. And they meet in VTOPS Factory as planned on December 14, 2019.
At first, the technical staff installed the auger filler and tube. And then he set 100g and 5000g separately to pack the weight as the order of Mr. Barrie. The machines run very well. Sooner, Mr. Barrie quickly learned how to operate, and praise the quality of auger filling machine.
Later, Ms. Lisa introduced other functions to Mr. Barrie of auger powder filling machine. Such as, fill-by-weight system, clamp and hold device, free-flow device, split hopper. Mr. Barrie was very interested it and thanks to Lisa for the introduces. Because these functions can greatly reduce the workload of staff but improve work efficiency. This is what Mr. Barry wants to see.
After learning, the engineer advice Mr. Barrie to equip a free-flow device not clamp hold device. Because Mr. Barrie was going to fill the salt in bags. Salt is one kind of free-flow product, so it needs to equip the free-flow device. Meanwhile, due to the diameter of smallest bag is 6cm-7cm, the size is too small, so it can’t equip the free-flow device and clamp and hold device together.
Next, Ms. Lisa introduced the continuous band sealing machine of model VTOPS-FRD-1000-2. In fact, VTOPS-FRD-1000-2 is horizontal and vertical 2 in 1 style sealing machine.
