Net weigh auger fillers are accurately fill costly dry products by weight not volume.
It uses a custom bulk and dribble weight feedback method that calculates the weight of the product in-flight. The net weigh auger filler maintains accuracy rates within of ± 0.3%. The high precision filling minimizes product giveaway and improve profitability.

Vtops net weigh auger fillers systems have two integration methods for different containers.

1. Clamp and Hold device.
   It is used for bags type container, such as: bags, pouches, ets.
2. Platform Scale Device (Weighing Desk).
   It is used for rigid containers, such as: bottles, jars, pails, boxes, etc.

Net Weigh Auger Filler Principle:
As the product is filled, the package is on a load cell. As the fill nears the target weight, the auger speed is gradually reduced, which results in greater product control and excellent accuracy.
