Net weight auger filler is a high accuracy dry powder weighing and filling machine. The machine is mainly designed for high-precision packaging requirements for ultra-fine dry powder. Such as: milk powder, additives, flour and other ultrafine powders with high precision packaging requirements.

1. Features:

• 1) The high accuracy auger filler performs two-speed filling, they are fast-fill and slow-fill. Fast-fill increase the filling speed, but slow-fill increase the filling precision.
• 2) The metering and lifting according to the signal given by the weight sensor mounted under the container.
• 3) VTOPS-P2C is provided with an automatic Clamp-Hold bag system, which automatically releases after reaching the target weight.
• 4) VTOPS-P2D is provided with an Desk-Hold system for sturdy container, such as: plastic bottles, glass jars and metal tin cans.

• 1. Foot Pedal Operated Feeding Switch
  Allows the operator to start and stop the filling cycle by foot control, freeing both hands for pouch or container handling. This improves operational efficiency and is especially suitable for semi-automatic filling operations.
• 2. Monitorable Hopper^[2]
  A transparent inspection window is integrated into the hopper wall, enabling real-time visual monitoring of powder material levels.
  This helps operators maintain a stable feeding condition and reduces the risk of inconsistent filling caused by material shortage.
• 3. Easy Clean Hopper^[3]
  Designed with a split or quick-release structure, the hopper can be easily opened without tools.
  This option significantly shortens cleaning and changeover time and is ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and applications requiring frequent product changes.
• 4. Servo motor or Stepper motor^[4]
  Both motor types are available based on application requirements.
  The servo motor offers higher response speed and positioning accuracy, with filling speed up to 30% faster than a stepper motor, making it suitable for high-speed or high-precision filling applications.
• 5. Free Flowing Device (No leakage device)^[5]
  A specially designed collecting tray or flow-assisting structure used for free-flowing or dusty powders.
  It helps prevent material leakage during filling and keeps the working area clean.
• 6. Screw Coveyor Feeder^[6]
  An automatic screw feeding system recommended when the single filling weight exceeds 200 g or when continuous material supply is required.
  This feeder ensures a stable powder level in the hopper, which is critical for achieving consistent and accurate filling performance.
