How Does Semi-Automatic Auger Filler Switch to Filling-by-Weight Obtain Higher Filling Accuracy

If you cannot accept the error of an auger filler machine, the post will help you switch to Fill-by-Weight as follows.
Part 1: Turn On Hidden Feature

For Bottles
Video Description:
- 1, Power ON of VTOPS-P2 Auger Filler.
- 2, Go to the screen of “Parameters”.
- 3, Click on the Blank Space in the Upper-right corner at 1st Parameters Screen.
- 4, Enter Password and Enter (ENT)(The password please refer to the manual or consult the salesperson, Please do not enter arbitrarily to avoid the machine being locked and irrecoverable).
- 5, Change the “Fill by Volume” to “Fil by Weight”.
- 6, Return to “Work Screen”.
- 7, Gentle move the Scale to the workbench below the discharge port (Note: Do Not Heavy Pressure Scale).
- 8, These 2 screws are the fixing screws of the workbench. After loosening the screws, the workbench can move up and down.
- 9, Place yoour Bottle on the Scale. The distance between the Bottle Inlet and Auger Outlet is between 0.5-1 cm.
- 10, Conversion Complete!
For Pouches
- 1, Power ON of VTOPS-P2 Auger Filler.
- 2, Go to the screen of “Parameters”.
- 3, Click on the Blank Space in the Upper-right corner at 1st Parameters Screen.
- 4, Enter Password and Enter (ENT).
- 5, Change the “Fill by Volume” to “Fil by Weight”.
- 6, Return to “Work Screen”.
- 7, Gentle move the Scale to the workbench below the discharge port (Note: Do Not Heavy Pressure Scale).
- 8, These 2 screws are the fixing screws of the workbench. After loosening the screws, the workbench can move up and down.
- 9, Place the Pouch on the Scale. The Pouch Inlet should cover the Auger Outlet is between 1 to 2 cm.
