5. The plastic lid cover capping machine utilizes a PLC intelligent program design with touchscreen control for convenient and simple operation.
6. The lid feeder can cap approximately 400-600 lids at once.
7. Additional lid-arranging machines or vibrating disk lid-arranging machines can be configured depending on the lid type.
8. If the bottle diameter remains constant but the height differs, adjusting the cap and capping height takes about 10 minutes.
9. Changing different calibers requires changing lid slots, adjusting protective barriers, and capping wheels, taking about 40 minutes.
