Semi-automatic vibratory weigh filler machine mainly applies to granule, granule-powder mixture, strips, blocks, and other materials’ quantitative filling and packaging. Such as: pesticides, fertilizers, feed, Chinese Herbal Medicines, Chinese medicine granules, premix, detergent powder, casual snacks, candies, melon seeds, peanuts, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, beans, grains, seeds, hardware and other granular materials’ weighing and quantitative filling.
1. Features:
- 1. Firstly, the HMI of vibratory weigh filler are LCD touch screen with double languages of Chinese and English.

- 3. High precision linear weigher scales feeding materials.
- 4. Filling weighing accuracy is greater than 99.7%.
- 5. Optional from photoelectric sensors and footpad switch (The default is photoelectric sensors).
- 6. Machine starting up electronic scale automatic set zero, packing weight exceed accuracy limit alarm.
- 7. In addition, weighing error can be automatically corrected, vibrators amplitude voltage is adjustable.
