High-Speed In-Line Belt Wheel Capper with Feeder and 6 Spindle

In-line belt wheel capper with a automatic caps feeder and 6 spindles. This machine is a universal capping machine in order to face the current diversity characteristic of the capping machines.

1. When the bottle or the cap changes, there is no need to replace any accessories, just do a little adjustment, then it is ok.

3. Since the capping wheel has clutch device, so the cap ensure to be in place without over tightening and damaging the lid.
4. Two sets of bottle-clamp ring belt system is optional, and they are suitable for unstable bottles or tall bottles.
5. This equipment equipped with an aluminum foil rejecting device. The non-aluminum-foil-cap is automatically removed before lowering the caps, ensuring that the aluminum foil cap rate is 100%.
