Semi-Automatic Dry Powder Auger Filler | VTOPS-P1 & VTOPS-P2
Semi-automatic dry powder auger filler is an economic quantitative filling solution for dry powders and micro small granules, such as: tiny powder, ultra-fine dry powder.
1. Overview:
Firstly, let’s intuitively view the photo to check the difference between the two models.
2. Product Features:
- 1. Dual system for Fill-by-weight and Fill-by-volume.
- 2. Suitable for all kinds of bottles, cans and bags of quantitative filling. The containers is not restrict.
- 3. All stainless steel construction. And the contacted materials are 304 stainless steel.
- 4. The filling motor is stepper motor or imported servo motor, depending on the customer’s choice.
- 5. Photoelectric sensor control to fill materials, and pedal switch for filling is optional.
- 6. Feedback value is adjustable to meet a variety of requirements of precision.
- 7. The filling motor speed is adjustable to meet the requirements of various materials.
- 8. Alarm and automatic correcting error.
- 9. Filling weight is adjuatablt from 5 grams to 5000 grams.
