VTOPS-FXJ-5050Z carton sealing packing machine is automatic folding and sealing for boxes with same specifications, using adhesive tape to seal the cartons.
When the size of the carton changes, manual positioning is required. The upper and rear covers of the carton are automatically folded in, quickly flattened without folding corners. It can complete the sealing of both top and bottom in one go. Printable tape can be used to enhance the appearance of the product. This machine is widely used in industries such as food, beverages, cosmetics, household appliances, books, textiles, department stores, and chemicals.

Features:

• Uses high-strength PVC tape with strong gripping force to drive both sides of the carton, ensuring smooth transmission and centralized sealing of the tape.
• Utilizes pneumatic device for automatic folding of the rear cover, ensuring reliable operation, easy operation, and simple maintenance.
  Adhesive tape sealing is flat, firm, standardized, and aesthetically pleasing, without tearing the carton.
• Can be equipped with ink coding equipment to simultaneously print production dates, batch numbers, and necessary text labels on the side of the carton as it passes through.
• Optional accessories include sealing heads with a tape width of 75mm and sealing heads with a tape dispensing length of 75mm at both ends of the carton.
• This machine can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into a production line.
