Milk Powder Tin Can Sterilization Canning Machine Line

The milk powder sterilization canning line is capable of accurately dispensing dry powder into round-shaped rigid containers ( such as metal cans, plastic cans, and paper cans) at line speeds up to 50 bpm. The milk powder filling system has a patented two-stage auger filling system. Also, it is integrated with an inline check weigher and rejection system to reject the products with substandard weight. It provides precise weight control to save expensive product giveaways. It is widely used in powdered milk whey protein powder filling and seaming lines and features high speed, good accuracy and stable performance.

This production line can be used for 401# (φ99mm) and 502$ (φ127mm) cans, and can be customized for 603# (φ153mm), 700# (φ176mm), 708# (φ189mm) and 715# (φ198mm) filling.
